At WeCandle, we want to make sure your candles arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We work with a trusted third-party logistics provider (3PL) to calculate live shipping rates at checkout, based on your delivery address and chosen service. Final shipping costs and estimated delivery times will appear before you complete your purchase.

Domestic & International Shipping
We proudly ship across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Shipping options, rates, and timelines vary depending on destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please keep in mind that unforeseen events such as carrier delays, customs processing, or inclement weather may impact transit times.
